Bonjour! JP McConnell HOF broadcaster spotted in small town France

For a certain generation of B.C. Lions fandom, that man was J.P. McConnell, one of Vancouver’s most recognizable play-by-play announcers.

I connected with part mythmaker, evangelist and journalist JP McConnell, Hall of Fame broadcaster now retired, in the South of France. Life is generally good while he rehabs a knee replacement.
